If we determine that the customer's request or behavior is unreasonable, or even if it is reasonable but the means or manner are inappropriate, we may refuse to engage with that customer and take measures such as limiting access to facilities or services.
The accommodation tax will be collected at the hotel separately from the room charge starting January 1st, 2024.
